Samantha Davis is a neonatal-pediatric respiratory therapist and International Education and Training Specialist with Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. She hopes to develop human-centered, affirming healthcare professionals through simulation-based experiences. In 2018, Samantha was awarded the NBRC Gary A. Smith Educational Award for Innovation in Education. In the same year, their simulation faculty team received INACSL’s Frontline Simulation Champion Excellence Award. Beyond simulation, Samantha is experienced in web development, social media management, and digital strategy.
